Pricing & VAT

All board, card and dice game prices include VAT of 20%. Books (e.g. roleplaying games) are at 0% VAT. Shipping fees include 20% VAT. All prices displayed on our website include VAT. The VAT amount included is noted in the shopping cart and during checkout.

All prices are in sterling.

Orders & Discounts

To order simply add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart and then checkout. We offer discount at checkouts according to the subtotal in your shopping cart:

 
After you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email detailing what you have purchased, including the total cost and the delivery option chosen. You'll receive another email once your order has been depsatched. Please make sure to add info@sirhobby.co.uk to your email contact and/or whitelist to make sure our emails are delivered to you without interruption and do not end in your spam/junk folders.

Payment

We currently accept payments through PayPal and Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express and Maestro through PayPal. All our payment methods are 100% secure. We do not keep your payment details on our servers. 

Returns & Refunds

We endeavour to deliver the highest quality of products.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you have received, you may return it to us within 14 days of taking delivery for a full refund. Please note the item returned should be in the condition in which it was received (e.g. a factory-sealed board game should still be sealed).

If you received a wrong, faulty or damaged item then we will reimburse you for the return fees. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for the return of the goods.

Once we receive the goods back we'll issue a refund for the price you paid for them. The refund will be to the same payment method you've used when placing the order.
